旅館で料理予約せず、宍道湖しじみが食べたくて来店しました。しじみの土瓶蒸し風は思ったより、しじみも少なく少しがっかり。
出雲生姜天はホッとする味。
のどぐろしゃぶしゃぶはポン酢で味がなくなる感じがした。フォアグラ茶碗蒸しなどは斬新で面白い。
なによりも美味しく頂いたのは、宍道湖産の天然鰻蒲焼。2500円で小さめながら1匹近く入ってお得。
安いので養殖ではと思ってたべたら、皮目と身の間の弾力感、完全な天然物すごく美味しくお得でした。鰻屋を30件近く食べ歩きしましたが、逆に鰻屋じゃないのに感動、オススメです。
お酒は日本酒島根の王録頂きました。
こちらは王録の酒蔵が5度くらいで冷蔵してと注文されお店で置く際は別の冷蔵庫がいると言われます。
少し甘めですが、美味しいお酒。
