松江周辺の一泊旅行に冬の寒い２月初旬に行きました。雪は降っておらず、天気も良く、京阪神との気温と変わらずラッキーでした。
松江には何回か行ったことがあるのですが、泊まったことはなくお昼に出雲そばしか食べたことがなく、もう少し色々郷土料理を食べたいと思い根っこ屋さんを訪れました。
事前に調べていたのは単品メニューでして、今回は1人で訪れ、少々高くついても仕方ないとは思っていましたが、来店し改めてメニューを見ると、３８５０円の郷土料理のミニコースがあり、自分の中でのリミットである４０００円以下だったこともあり、「彩」コースを注文しました。
今まで1人でレストランに来店して会席を注文することがなかったのでドキドキでした。
前菜から始まり、お刺身、焼物(魚と肉の２種類)、天ぷら、しじみ汁、茶碗蒸し、雑炊で締めにぜんざいとコスパがどうのというのも変ですけど、非常に満足のいく内容でした。どれも丁寧に作られており見た目も綺麗で、写真を撮ることがきっかけとなったお食事でした。
