Visited with 3 people. I was the only one who ordered a set meal with dessert, but it was never served so I left (I had another appointment). I was told that it comes with dessert, but if you don't say it at the right time, you'll be a failure in the service industry. By the way, the other two people had eel kabayaki, and although the volume was obviously different depending on the front of the eel and the front of the eel, the price was the same (please see the photo). What's more, he ends up sticking out his tail, which is at the back of the elders... First of all, is it common practice to serve the larger one to the elder, or to serve the same one (usually the head one) to both parties? Since we are in a rural area, we have to accept the differences in the flow of time, but I would like to at least be conscious of customer satisfaction, or should I say hospitality.
