松江しんじ湖温泉駅はから徒歩5分くらい。食べログ☆3.36の居酒屋さんです。出張時の晩御飯で伺いました。
山陰の泊まり出張は、コンビニや晩御飯を食べるお店が無くて、苦労するんです。。。こちらは松江しんじ湖温泉街では非常に貴重なお店だと思います。
冬の山陰は、蟹のやのどぐろなど、惹かれるものがいっぱい◎迷ってしまうので、予約無しでも注文出来る「彩コース」3,850円をオーダー。
付け出しから、お造り、揚げ物、焼き物、蒸し物、、お椀、シメ、デザートまで、一通りのコースです。
特筆すべきは、宍道湖のシジミを使ったおすましと、こ根っこや名物の「種無し柚子雑炊」。
おすましは濃厚なシジミの旨味がたっぷりで、流石です。柚子雑炊は、キンカンのような小さい柚子が丸ごと入っていて、違和感を感じながらも少しずつ崩しながら食べると、フルーティーな酸味があって新感覚で頂きました。
メインの存在感が薄くて、評価的には高く無いですが、それぞれのお料理はちゃんと美味しかったです。次回はアラカルトかな。。。
