先日の夜、前から行きたいと思ってた鶏肉料理専門店ひろさんに訪問してみました。
堀川沿いにあり窓からは川が見えます♪
ここにきたらやはり骨付鳥をいただかねば(^^)
メニューには親鶏と若鶏とありますが柔らかいのがいいと若鶏を注文。
あとはひろサラダ、だし巻き卵、チキン南蛮、讃岐コロッケ、フライドポテトを〆は鶏雑炊と食べました。
骨付鳥はとても大きくキッチンバサミで切って食べるようになってます。味は絶妙な塩加減でいくらでも食べれます。
讃岐コロッケも普通のコロッケと思ってたのにジャガイモの真ん中に鶏肉のミンチが入っててこれはリピートしたい味ですね〜ひき肉はちょっと甘い味付けです。
チキン南蛮もタルタルソースが美味しかったぁ(^^)
鶏肉大好きな私はまた来たいと思いましたね。
お店は一階がテーブル席、二階が座敷ですが店員のお姉さん一人で料理を一階から持ってこられるから大変だなぁ…って見てました(；´Д`A ```
