お目当てのお店（ふくわらい）が、いつの間にやら閉店してました( p_q)ｴ-ﾝ
気持ちを切り替えて、久し振りに東本町界隈へ。
以前に「行きたい」にチェックをしていたこちらを思い出しましたんで突撃✨
先客さん数組～盛り上がっておられ店内も賑やかです。
しか～し・・・
スタッフさんが少なく、てんてこ舞いの様子です。私が確認できたのは、厨房に一人・・・ホールに一人・・・
ですから、オーダーをしてから、２０分近くしてやっと一品目の到着。
骨付き鶏は、主人が柔らかい方を注文しましたが・・・際立った感じは無かったようです。
だし巻たまご・・・つくね・・・等々 フツーに美味しく戴きました。
たとえ味が良くても提供に時間が掛り過ぎるのは、如何なものかと思います。
また、油で調理するものが多いから仕方がないのでしょうが ～ 靴底が床から離れる度に音がするのも久々の体験でした(-.-)
