休日の昼に妻と２人で訪問。一畑電鉄の松江温泉駅の近くにあるフレンチレストラン。
今日のランチ(1,400円)とデザートを注文。前菜と主菜をそれぞれ２種類の中から選択できるシステム。冷製スープと大山豚のローストをチョイス。
冷製スープはとうもろこしのポタージュにカラメルクリームと食用の花が浮かんでいる。写真を撮り忘れたが、見た目も鮮やかです。
大山豚のローストは豚のロース肉に柚子風味のソースで、アクセントに抹茶塩があしらってある。これがすっごく美味しい。豚肉の概念が変わるほど美味しい！ さらに、付けあわせでニンジンのピューレ、キャベツとベーコンの煮込み、サフランライスが付いているのだが、キャベツとベーコンの塩加減といい、ピューレの甘さといい完璧です。
残ったソースとニンジンのピューレをパンに付けて食べると、柚子の酸味とニンジンの甘みが合わさって最高です。思わずパンのお代わりをしました。
食後のコーヒーがホットのみで、アイスコーヒーがNGだったのが残念。
次回はディナーを食べたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
