昭和４年創業，約８０年の歴史を有する，三英堂．
寺町に本店を構え，県内に５店舗を有しています．
若鮎 １ヶ１２０円（税抜き），

を購入してみました．
【若鮎】
価格は福田屋とならぶ最低クラスです．
しっかりして，金銀色を配した包装は豪華に見えます．
サイズ１３ｘ３．５cmと小振りの方です．
形はキレイですね．尻尾のくびれもしっかりあります．
鮎の顔が笑っているのがご愛敬．
焼き皮が厚く，求肥が少ないです．
求肥をしっかり食べたい方には物足りない感じがするかもしれません．
【おかげさまの中】
どら焼きのような焼き皮で，もちもちの食感に感動．
中には甘さ控えめの柔らかい小豆がびっちり入っています．
小振りのお菓子ですが，充実した内容で，量も適当で，価格相応です．
美味しいですよ．

菜種の里，山川，若草も有名です．
