日本の銘菓選には、松平不昧公の命名した和菓子がある老舗店。
季節限定でよもぎ野が販売されていた。
大好きな粒あんなので買ってみました。
見た感じは、鶴屋吉信の京観世みたいに、渦巻き型の和菓子。
新鮮なよもぎと山芋を使った蒸し生地に、大納言小豆を、渦巻き状に包んでいるらしい。
口に広がるねっとり感と大納言小豆の相性バッチシで美味しかった。
お店に行く機会があれば、寄ってみたいなと思う。
