錦織圭選手応援和菓子！！
創業141年という松江の老舗和菓子店が、
同じ松江市出身である錦織圭選手の、
全仏オープンでの活躍を祈念して6月7日まで発売中の和菓子。
透明なカバーがされており、
大きさは、直径約4cm、高さ約3cm。
テニスボールそっくりな、鮮やかな黄色と、白いライン。
ほのかな小豆餡の香。
表面の光沢は透明な寒天でコーティング。金箔がワンポイント。
内部は黄色餡、こし餡、白餡の3層からなる。
ねっとりした食感で、甘すぎず、
白あんの中に蜜漬レモンの刻みが隠れており、
当たった瞬間に爽やかなレモンの酸味がパッと拡がり、全体の甘さを中和してくれる。
1個350円税別、数量限定で全店舗にて取り扱い。

松平不昧公は茶の湯を広めた松江藩第7代藩主であり，
2018年，没後200年となる事から，
「不昧公二〇〇年祭」として様々なイベントが企画されている。

彩雲堂では，
通常の若草にそれを記念するパッケージを作成。
また，江戸時代当時の製法を再現した，「復刻」若草を生産した。
寒梅粉の色は通常製品が若草色に対して，
復刻版はよもぎ粉の色を反映し草色となり，求肥もやや褐色調，
味もよもぎの風味がしっかり感じられ，
個人的には定番化して頂きたいぐらいである。
シャミネ松江は松江の和菓子店がほぼ揃っており，
若草，朝汐などの和菓子食べ比べには好都合な店舗だ。
