出張へ松江に用事があったので、玉造温泉に投宿。
全国の温泉街が寂れていく中、玉造は温泉宿を中心に居酒屋、飲み屋さんなど温泉街がいまだに健在です。
今回は夜は入るだけだったので、夜は近くの龍頭さんで食事をしました。
温泉ということで朝風呂に入り、豪華な朝食をいただきました。
普通でしたら、朝食だと5分、10分で済むところですが、品数もボリュームもあり結果30分くらいかかりました。
スローフードではないですが、たまにはゆっくり朝食をいただくのもいいですね、、、
飲みものはセルフで島根来次のパスチャライズ牛乳なども置いてあります。
玉造温泉宿の朝食の定番ですが、宍道湖のしじみ汁が前日の夜お酒を煽った胃にしみます。
あと、のどぐろの干物の炙りなどもいただきました。
朝から満腹状態になりましたが、元気になりました。
