It's a popular restaurant with a long line of people ♫ It's a one-off operation by the owner chef, and both the chef and the woman in the hall are wonderful and pleasant to serve customers ☆ 彡 The atmosphere is more like a Western Western Cuisine than a French cuisine restaurant, but the restaurant is covered in rain by the time you leave. Despite the rain, there were about 10 people waiting. I ordered the Special Merimelo Lunch for 2,500 yen. Cards and apps are not accepted. You cannot make reservations for lunch, so you will be guided to the counter, which is a spacious space that can seat about 5 people. Three people including me went to the counter. There are about 10 tables in the restaurant, and it's packed.☆彡 It's just the chef and the chef, so I get a good idea of how well organized they are.☆彡 Special Merimero Lunch ◎Appetizer Marinated white squid , corn mousse ◎Cold green pea soup ◎Grape bread ◎The main course is one plate Sangen pork loin piccata Suzuki poire anchovy sauce ◎Dessert is blackcurrant ice cream and Chocolate terrine Black tea Appetizers are made using fresh white squid , It's a refreshing marinade. The sweet corn mousse tastes just as you would expect, and the warm grape bread is a rare treat♫ The main dish, the sea bass, is topped with a thick bean paste-like sauce. Would I have liked it crispy and fried? Unfortunately, the Sangenton was a little hard and I had a hard time eating it.
