島根県松江市朝日町にある『BISTRO 庵TENDRE』さん。
松江駅こだわり市場にあります。
松江駅周辺散策中、通り掛かった時に気になった洋風居酒屋さんです。
島根県に2泊3日の1人旅「出雲大社祈願紀行 2022神在月編」での2日目のはしご酒2軒目です。
1軒目の「居酒屋 雅」さんで「牛すじ煮込み」や「ホルモン唐揚げ」等を満喫してからの2軒目です。
1軒目の「居酒屋 雅」さんを出てから行ってみたかったお店を何軒が回ってみましたが、全て予約が入っているということでお断りされ、2時間程松江駅周辺を散策して諦めようと思った時に通り掛かったお店です。
時間は20時頃に着きました。
入店すると、店員さんに「ラストオーダーが20時30分ですがいいですか?」と聞かれましたが2時間も散策していたので30分程でしたが、そのまま2人掛けテーブルに案内。(客席は55席)
新型コロナウイルス対策としてテーブル席にはアクリル板で仕切りがされ、テーブルの卓上にはアルコールが置かれています。
『BISTRO 庵TENDRE』さんは、JR高架下にある洋風居酒屋さんです。
洋風居酒屋さんということで国産牛100%ハンバーグ・ステーキ・オムライス・パスタ・ピザ等があり、島根の地酒・果実酒・地ビール等もありますよ。
今回は『自家製ポテトサラダ』380円と『辛味チキンロースト』880円と『サッポロ黒ラベル』450円を注文。
『自家製ポテトサラダ』は、3段重ねになったポテトサラダです。
見た目も美しく盛られたポテトサラダですね。
『辛味チキンロースト』は、かなり辛めのローストチキンです。
唐辛子が効いているのでかなり辛く、生ビールに合うおつまみですよ。
『自家製ポテトサラダ』も『辛味チキンロースト』も美味しく生ビールがすすみます。
あっという間に飲み干してしまったので『生ビール2種飲み比べ(松江地ビール・大山地ビール)』1,300円を追加注文。
『生ビール2種飲み比べ(松江地ビール・大山地ビール)』は、2種類の島根県と鳥取県の地ビールを楽しめる飲み比べセットです。
僕的には『松江地ビール』の方が好みの地ビールですね。
20時30分になり店員さんが「ラストオーダーですけど。」とオーダーを取りに来てくれたので『宍道湖産しじみ地酒蒸し』680円と『チューハイ レモン』450円を追加注文。
『宍道湖産しじみ地酒蒸し』は、宍道湖産しじみを地酒で蒸した酒蒸しです。
宍道湖産しじみをシンプルに楽しめる酒蒸しで、しじみの身だけでなくスープまで美味しく頂けますよ。
『チューハイ レモン』は、『辛味チキンロースト』の上に乗っていた唐辛子を食べてしまったらしく『宍道湖産しじみ地酒蒸し』が来る前に飲み干してしまいました。
洋風なおつまみが好きな方にはお薦めです。
