山陰の帰りに某ラーメン店2軒回るも、1軒目は長蛇の列、2軒目は臨時休業、3軒目のここも閉店前でも行列…でも腹ペコなのでここに決めました。
結構待って店内券売機へ…限定が気になり

ワシワシ食感の麺にスープが絡み、たっぷりモヤシ、ニンニクと背脂のパンチが効いてました

背脂浮いた熱々のスープにモチモチ食感の麺が相性いいですね
背脂浮いてますけどしつこさはなく割とさっぱり飲め、明太子飯にも合いましたね
