最近は無意識で十割蕎麦ばかり食べていた私ですが、この店に伺った時は十割蕎麦は残念ながら売り切れ。二八の割子そばをいただいた。しかし、ここで二八蕎麦の良さを再認識することができた。今まで少し食べにくい、ざらっとした10割が好きだったが、ここで食べた、ツルッとして心地よい喉越しの二八蕎麦は忘れられない。香りもしっかり残っているのは大将の腕前だろう。私に二八の良さを思い出させてくれてありがとう。ただ、今度この店に来る時はぜひ十割蕎麦を食べたい。
