平日休みだったのでランチで伺いました。
並ぶと聞いていたので開店15分前に着いたら先客は一人だけ、その後の5分でずら～っと10人以上が並ばれてビックリ。その5分が明暗を分けると言うね^^;
出雲蕎麦と言えば割子蕎麦と言うイメージですが釜揚げ蕎麦も有名で1度食べてみたかったのでトロロ入りを注文しました。
釜揚げ蕎麦はいわゆる、蕎麦を茹でた煮汁（そば湯）の中に蕎麦が入って出てきます。
それに出汁（醤油）をお好みの量掛けて食するんですがこれが美味しい！
蕎麦と蕎麦食べた後に飲むそば湯を一緒に食してる感じですね。
とろろが出汁にとろみを与えてスープも飲み応え有り。
また十割蕎麦も、つなぎが無いのですぐに崩れるんですが香りがあって美味しい。
