あるプロジェクト、よく頑張った！
と上司の奢りでディナー♪
子育て中はフレンチ行きづらいので、
迷わずフレンチ、しかも昨年オープンしてまだ行ったことのなかったこちらをオーダー。

値段は憶測ですんません。
フルコースだったので、4000～5000円はしてるのでは？という感じ。
メニューは
オマール海老とナシとイチヂクの前菜
燻製ベーコンのバルサミコソース
平目のソテー、コンソメスープ浸し
ミニトマトのコンポート
奥出雲和牛のデミグラスソース煮込み
イチヂクのコンポート、梨の洋酒漬け、ラズベリーシャーベット
紅茶
全体の構成や盛り付けはとても美しく
テンション上がります～♪
本日のメニューの中では燻製ベーコンが一番好み。
ただ、全体的にソースなど味の決め手に今一歩感は正直ありました。
コンソメはしょっからさが強すぎ、野菜のまろやかさが足りない。
デミは酸味が勝っててコクが少し足りない。
でも、丁寧に一皿一皿作られている感じは受けるので、
フレンチのお店としてはとても良いお店に感じます。
ちなみに、乾杯はシャンパンで、次は白ワインをいただきましたが、南アフリカのワインとフランスのがあると言われ、南アフリカのを選びましたが、すっごく華やかな味で美味しかった！
今度はランチに自費で行きたいです♪
