燻製が美味いお店。明太子、鯖、鮭などとにかく酒が進む。
他にも魚の煮付け、焼き魚など、ハイクオリティな料理と豊富な島根の日本酒が堪能できる。

ぽつりとあるお店、ほぼ満席でした。
