隠れ家の様な素敵な料理屋です♫
一階のL時型のカウンターで、
ゆっくりと美味しい和食を頂きました☆彡
この日は久々の同僚との食事で、
グルメな友人が気に入りそうなお店を探していました♪
お料理は7000円のおまかせです。
まずは先付けで、
うなぎとつるむらさき。
うなぎは適度に脂が乗り、
つるむらさきの食感の違いが愉しい。
そして2種類のお造り。
鯛も甘く、
フィンガーライムのプチプチ感と塩で頂き、
とても爽やか☆彡
まぐろとイカ、バイ貝もあしらいまで美しいです♡
そしてお椀は冬瓜とカマス。
こちらは凄い上品な旨味で、
塩味が素晴らしく、
冬瓜もトロリとしています♡
カマスの幽庵焼きもお酒が進むお料理です♪
松江牛も、
とても柔らかく、
口の中でトロける美味しさ(o^^o)
そして特筆すべきは、
とうもろこしとカマスの土鍋ご飯❤️
とうもろこしの糖度と、
カマスの旨味がギュギュッと詰まって、
香り豊かで、
一番気に入りました☆彡
お漬物も泉州茄子で、
瑞々しく、
美味しいご飯を邪魔する事なく、
夏を感じさせて頂きました☆彡
口数の少ないご主人ですが、
とても丁寧なお料理で、
最後まで美しい器は目を楽しませてくれました♫
東本町の雰囲気が好きで、
なかなか伺う事が出来なかったのですが、
伺えて良かっと思えるお店でした☆彡
