This is a delicious shabu shabu / Sukiyaki restaurant along the moat of Matsue Castle.On this day, I had shabu shabu lunch with Kuroge Wagyu beef from Shimane prefecture with my work colleagues.I don't know how famous Shimane beef is nationwide, but it's delicious. Yes, the highest ranking "Shimane Wagyu beef" has won first place in domestic competitions, but recently it seems to have become popular so it's hard to eat it.That being said, the taste of this one is, of course, delicious.Personal preference We recommend the sesame sauce for the sauce.It was delicious till the end.This is an old restaurant in Matsue, so we recommend going there as a set with Matsue Castle when you go on a sightseeing trip.The interior of the restaurant has a Taisho retro feel and there are several exhibits. Yo, if you have a chance, go check it out! It was delicious. I will go again. Thank you for the meal!
