この日は人生初の島根県遠征へ。
『やまいち』さんでの夕食の後、お腹はパンパンでしたが、初めての松江の夜、折角なのでもう１軒寄っていこうと調べてありました。すぐ近くの『中村BAR』さかへと向かいました。
ですが事前情報では営業日かつ営業時間のはずでしたが、どこからどう見ても営業されていませんでした(^-^;
そこで第２候補としてリストアップしていたお店へと向かうべく、大橋川に架かる橋を渡り松江駅方向へと徒歩移動。
路地に見つけましたのは、その目的のお店『Chateau Smith』さんというお店でした。
店内は照明をおとしたシックなイメージ、カウンターまわりはオーセンティックバーという感じでしたが、料理も充実したレストランとしての側面もあるそうですΣ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！
入店時に先客はなく、若きオーナー兼バーテンダーさんとサシでした(^-^;
カウンター席にて、この日いただきましたのは、
①紅ほっぺのフルーツカクテル
フルーツカクテルを所望しましたところ、紅ほっぺをご提案いただきました。
供されましたショートカクテルは、ウォッカベースとのこと。
紅ほっぺの果肉もたっぷり入った美しいレッドカクテルは、しっかりとしたアルコール感と苺の甘さの両方を楽しめるものでした( *´艸｀)
②金柑のフルーツカクテル
２杯目もフルーツカクテルを所望。
今度はロングカクテル、バーボンベースとのこと。
金柑の色味が美しいカクテル、お酒でありながら、とてもヘルシーな印象の味わいでございました(●´ω｀●)
お会計は４，６００円でした。
以前はキャバレーだったという物件に惚れたというオーナーのハンドメイドも駆使されたお店、これからも松江で貴重な存在のお店だと思います(^_-)-☆
