After work on a business trip, I thought I'd have a late dinner, but it was just before 11pm and all the restaurants I went to before were either closed or nearing last order. When I was looking for a place to relax a bit, I found this place that was open until 1am. I decided to go in after looking at the menu on the front page. All-you-can-drink lemon sour for 30 minutes. I've had experience with all-you-can-drink beer, but this was my first time having a self-serve lemon sour. Before that, I ordered the ``Tipsy Set'' (1,500 yen), which is said to be popular and good value. Comes with 2 drinks, first a draft beer. As mentioned in other people's reviews, it pours delicious pre-mol with fine bubbles. Basically, it looks like a kushikatsu restaurant as the name suggests, and there are 5 kushikatsu (beef, pork, shrimp, quail, and onion). Each one is small, but the crumbs are fine, crunchy, and have an elegant taste. The sauce is also homemade and you can feel the attention to detail. The three doteyaki were not Achilles meat, but red meat that had been simmered until melty, and the base miso was also dark in color and had a rich flavor similar to demi-glace. Today's other dish was ``Nanban pickled horse mackerel.'' For the second drink, I had a local sake from Shimane. And lemon sour. The extractor was set up so that you could get the right amount of lemon sour base with just one push, and the ice and carbonated water were in what looked like a cold container, but it turned out delicious. If you look closely, there is an all-you-can-drink option that includes beer. But it's cheaper than buying individual items, and I used Tabelog 's one-drink service, so this was a good idea. If you look further up, you will see a strip of paper showing an item that is not on the menu. Since I was in Shimane, I wanted some Seafood, so I ordered the sashimi platter. Was that yellowtail that came out? There were about 5 pieces of onion, salmon, and squid. I think they served me because it was late. Thank you. At first, I felt like I had no choice but to find a typical Shimane restaurant that wasn't open, but I'm really glad I chose this one. Of the tanzaku menu, some people ordered fried rice to finish their meal. It seems like the food is stir-fried after the order is placed, which is a concern, but I'll see about it next time. You wouldn't expect it from the outside, but the inside is clean and the customer service is courteous. It was a good store that was perfect in many ways. It was a credit to my late injury. I want to go again.
