看板に、牛ハラミステーキの文字を発見。
基本、ポークステーキのみだった『ニクバルダカラ』のランチメニューです。早速、入店してみました。一人でしたが、テーブル席へ案内してくれます。
今日のランチは、牛ハラミのステーキセット。
肉が、鉄板で焼かれながら運ばれてきます。味噌汁、ごはん、サラダ付きです。ステーキソース、しょうゆだれ、あらびき塩コショウの３種類が添えられていました。まず、ステーキソースでいただきます。ご飯が欲しくなる味です。次に、しょうゆだれも気分を変えてくれました。一番良かったのは、意外にも塩コショウ。シンプルな分、牛肉の味をより感じられました。
肉質はハラミですが、お昼のランチとしては十分美味しかったと思います。
