シンプルな料理と、選び抜かれた個性的なワイン。
間口の小さなお店ですが、見落とさないよう要注意です。カウンターのみの店内で、気取らないひと時が過ごせます。赤、白、ロゼやスパークリングなど、自分の希望を伝えると目の前に、次々とワインを並べてくれます。店主の気さくな雰囲気と、選べるワインの自由度が魅力です。それぞれの特徴を説明してもらい、自分の好きな一杯をチョイス。
今日は、フランス産の白にしました。
２匹のアヒルが自転車をこぐラベル。兄弟で経営する醸造所で、アヒルはその兄弟を表しているそうです。自転車は、機械化されていないイメージの図柄。フレッシュで、酸味がありながら軽く爽やかで、元気の出る白でした。
料理は魚介が中心で、境港産サーモンのカルパッチョや、ムール貝のワイン蒸しをいただきました。貝を食べた後、だし汁でリゾットも作ってもらいます。どれもワインの為にある一皿でした。鳥取地鶏・ピヨのパテや、アイスクリームも美味しかったです。
その後、ワインもまた白、赤といただいて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。ご馳走様でした。
