あんまりよく分からない、たのまなくても
塩味が足りないのか、もっと味付けで美味しくなる気がするけど、たぶんこの味付けがお店の完成されたレシピなのだと思う

炊いたご飯が多めで汁気なくて
水分バランス悪くて、また塩味も良くなく、
あんまり美味しくなかった
もっと出汁多めのシャバシャバで、ポン酢とかかけて食べたい、肉が入ってて贅沢
