Arrived at Izumo Enmusubi Airport in no time. The airport has a local atmosphere, and thankfully, a shuttle bus bound for Matsue Station and Izumo Taisha is on standby when you arrive. The travel agency's plan comes with the ``Perfect Match Ticket (Matsue, Izumo Tourist Train, Free Bus Prefectures)''. You can also use the shuttle bus (about 1000 yen one way). We board the train bound for Matsue Station. The bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and there weren't many people on it on weekdays, so it was very relaxing. I went to the hotel, dropped off my luggage, took a rest, then got back on the bus and headed to the French cuisine Restaurants I had booked. "RACINE" (reservations required for dinner) is located on the shore of Lake Shinji.RACINE means "root" in French. It seems to originate from the root of Shimane. This Restaurants is located inside the Shimane Prefectural Museum of Art. I call this the ``law of museums'' that restaurants in art galleries, museums, and libraries cannot be excluded. (There are exceptions.) The introduction has become quite long. I want to eat delicious food when I travel, so I looked for it in a guidebook and chose it. Another reason I chose it was because you can see the sun setting over Lake Shinji. We were given a seat by the window where we could see the sunset clearly. I reserved a course meal for 6,000 yen. (Also available for 8,000 yen.)Amuse gazpacho. Let's cool down with a cold one. Appetizer - Flying fish and pave tapenade Vegetable garden-style soup - Potage French cuisine Fish dish - Poiret of Sakaiminato Sanma sea bream with French vermouth sauce Meat Dishes- Izumo Amago Wagyu beef sirloin Steak Roquefort sauce 2 types of bread Dessert - Summer staple Peach melba Izumo ginger The ale was also delicious. (The name given to the shrine) The course consisted of petit fours and drinks. The ingredients used are locally sourced, which is a delight for travelers. The chef explained the dishes, and I felt a sense of hospitality. The sunset around this time is around 19:30, and it sets just as the petit fours come out. This was the view from Restaurants seat. Since there was a sunset spot nearby, I popped some petit fours into my mouth and ran. Race against the setting sun! As a result, I lost. After the sun went down, we were able to enjoy some ajik hour. It was a sunset view of Lake Shinji that I would like to recommend along with Restaurants.
