出雲観光で利用しました。
出雲特有の再仕込み醤油のめちゃ濃いツユを、小麦粉多めの蕎麦にダバダバかけていただきます。これが出雲蕎麦！個性があって良いですね。
店内の古民家具合が雰囲気満点。こんな店が近くにあれば、つまみ食って日本酒飲んで蕎麦で〆なのに、、、。いやー良い店。
