安来市広瀬町にある喫茶店。
モーニングやランチ営業もしていて、この界隈の数少ない飲食店として長年続いています。
今回は初めて仕出し弁当をいただきました。
コロナ禍真っ只中のご時世ですから、一席もうける代わりに用意された豪華なお弁当です。
メインはサイコロステーキ。
加工された結着肉ではなく、ちゃんとした一枚のステーキ肉をカットしてあります。
醤油ベースのソースで味付け、あらびき胡椒がいい感じに効かせてあります。
添えてある千切りキャベツは切り口がみずみずしいので、既製品ではなくちゃんと店で刻んだものでしょう。
スパゲティはタラコのクリーム。
細切りのキュウリと刻み海苔が彩りに。
エビチリは口に入れてすぐは全然辛くないなー、と思っていると後からピリッと刺激がやってきます。
鶏団子と筍は薄口であっさりと炊いてあります。
ひとひらの木の芽があしらってある、旬の一品。
肉じゃがには牛すじ肉の旨味がしっかり染み込んでいますよ。
鮭のホイル焼きはふっくらとした身で、横にはだし巻き卵。
鶏の唐揚げは小ぶりながら冷めても肉が柔らかなまま。
いなり寿司は中の酢飯に甘く炊いた椎茸やニンジンなどの具材が混ぜ込んであり、ひと手間かけてありました。
その中でも自分が一番気に入ったのが豚肉とキクラゲの和え物です。
弁当箱の隅っこにひっそりと目立たない存在。
けれどもこのキクラゲがかなりの肉厚でコリコリとした食感、乾燥キクラゲでは出せない生キクラゲならではのプリッとした弾力も感じられました。
どの料理も手がかけられたものばかりで、喫茶店のお弁当とは思えない豪華なお弁当でした。
