週末の飲みニストは、安来にて。。。
今週は、週末を利用して、安来の実家に帰省中。
ランチを食べようと思い、国道９号線沿いにある「罵伊絵瑠（ばいえる）」さんにやってきました。
色々あるメニューの中から、牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みのＢセット（前菜、スープ、ライス/パン、デザート、コーヒー/紅茶）を
いただくことにしました。
そして、今日は、車だったので、お酒が飲めず、レモンスカッシュをいただくことにしました。
【前菜】
前菜は、スモークサーモン。
見た目も、とってもきれいに盛り付けられています。
【スープ】
今日のスープは、ごぼうのポタージュスープ。
スープの優しい味わいに、思わずほっこりしちゃいます。
【牛肉の赤ワイン煮込み】
牛肉がめっちゃ柔らかく、ホロホロとした食感、
赤ワインの味わいもとってもいいですね。
【デザート】
今日のデザートは、チョコレートのテリーヌ。
チョコの甘さにパワーをいただく感じがしました。
