この日、安来での用事は結構時間がかかり、11時半になりました。
せっかくなので、安来で昼食を採ろう思い、長年行きたかったお店を目指します。
駐車場はほぼ満車でしたが、なんとか停めれました。
店内に入るとお一人様向きのカウンター席は一杯でテーブル席に案内されました。
メニューをチラ見しましたが、もう決めていました。
●ちゃんぽん 750円
普通のラーメンが600円ですから、安い感じです。
器一杯に餡がかかっています。
麺は、、、と探すと、器の下に鎮座しております。
（麺を入れた後に、餡をかけただけです）
この姿が、山陰ちゃんぽんです。
熱々の餡を一口頂くと、町中華といった懐かしい感じの好みの味わいです。
野菜だけでなく豚肉が結構ありました。
麺を持ち上げながら餡に絡めて頂くと、ほっこりします。
ちゃんぽん好きの私には嬉しい味です。
若い勤労者の方々を中心にセットものを食べられていましたが、ちゃんぽんの注文も結構ありましたね。
