出張先でお昼ごはん。
安来に来たので、どじょうを食べようかと。
道の駅の食事屋さんでどじょうが食べれると聞き、行ってきました(^^)
どじょう柳川定食は、柳川鍋の他にも、蜆の味噌汁や茶碗蒸しが付いていて、ボリュームあり。
蜆の味噌汁には、立派な蜆がたくさん。
肝心の柳川鍋には、どじょうがゴロゴロ入っていて。
ちょっと小骨と苦味がありますが、しっかりした味付けで、ご飯のおかずにピッタリ。
美味しかったですが、大人向けの料理ですね(*^^*)
