鳥取の牛骨ラーメン最近有名ですよね。
同じ牛骨ラーメンでも、山口県下松市の牛骨ラーメンとは全くの別物。まずはスープ、下松は長時間煮込んだガッツリコクのあるスープ、脂も丼いっぱいに浮かびラーメンがさめず、最後までアツアツ。対する鳥取、宮古島の海かと思う濁りのない透き通ったスープにうっすらうかぶ脂。比べるとあっさりしているが出汁はしっかりかんじる。塩分も下松より控えめ。
続いて麺、下松は中細ストレート、鳥取は中細ちぢれ麺。これはスープがサラリとしているため、麺によく絡む様ちぢれ麺になっているのでしょう。
全体的な感想はパンチがあるのは下松、上品でラーメン食べても罪悪感が少ないのが鳥取。
因みにセットで頼んだ半チャーハンめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
