I went to Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture (Yasugi Bushi...famous for scooping loaches) I arrived at around 11:15 and it was already packed. The parking lot was full, and when I tried to get in when cars pulled out of the parking lot, everyone started coming in. I was waiting in the parking lot and when I got out, I was told to let in, so I forced myself in as well. As soon as I got in, there was a car that would leave right away, so I managed to settle the case. For Ramen, I ordered salt Ramen and half-fried rice.The soup is made from beef bones, and unlike pork or chicken, it has a rich and delicious flavor. It also goes well with chopped green onions! Isn't the combination of beef bone soup and green onions the best ever? The flavor is amazing and it's so delicious! The noodles are springy and the chashu is creamy. Also, the fried rice is delicious. The punch and aroma of pepper is effective and you can keep eating it. No, it was really delicious Ramen. Thank you for your meal.
