香ばしさと、とろっとした柔らかさ
チャーシュー麺ありだな
店外にも漂っていた、甘い牛骨の香り
一口目は甘さが際立つものの、あとは
コクと旨みが上回る
初めての塩牛骨、まったく違和感なし
スッキリ＋とろける様な、旨み迸る
たっぷりのもやしと、刻み白ネギが、
このスープにバッチリ相性良し
麺は、固め茹であげの中細ちぢれ麺
これ、牛骨定番なのかな？
