足立美術館の帰り道。こちらのお店でお昼ごはん。出雲蕎麦が食べられるので楽しみにして来店。食券で割り子蕎麦と鶏天蕎麦を。
待つこと18分。丁寧に作られた蕎麦は出汁も抜群。薬味もたっぷり！冷たい蕎麦と温かい蕎麦両方頼んだので味の違いも楽しめて鶏天には感動！！今まで食べた中でNo.1が出てしまった。外カリカリ中ジューシー、鶏の旨みたっぷり。いやー、丁寧に作っているのが伝わる。感動！
