山菜・きつね揚げ・天かす大根・とろろ・玉子
今まで食べた“そばだし”の中で1番美味しく好みの蕎麦だし。鰹が効いていながらも、まろやかで旨味たっぷりでコク深い蕎麦だし。驚き。
蕎麦も香り良く、程良い食感と噛みごたえ。
喉越しも良く、蕎麦だしと合わさると、
「あ、美味しい！」と思わず心の声が漏れるヤツ。
店内はタッチパネルでの入力してから待つ。
金曜13時訪問も7人待ち。
次から次へとお客が出入り。
こぞって皆来る人気店なのが頷ける。
