神話の里の香り豊かな出雲そば 出雲大社正門前、そば処田中屋。
「神門通り」と「神迎の道」その間に位置する、そば処 田中屋。 厳選した国産の玄そばを、ゆっくり丁寧に石臼で挽いています。 手打ちすることにより、歯ざわりの良い、甘さと香りが豊かなそばに仕上がります。 出汁はうるめいわしがベースの砂糖不使用のそばつゆです。 出雲ならではの食べ方でお楽しみください。 |
出雲大社のお参り。出雲蕎麦のお店を訪問です。
人気の出雲蕎麦屋さんはいくつかありますが、味の変化をいくつか楽しめそうなこちらのお店を訪問です。
お店の前には10組ほどの行列です。45分ほど並んで案内となりました。
お店の中は広めで、比較的ゆったりとしたスペースがあります。雰囲気も綺麗めなお蕎麦屋さんのそれです。
■5色割子蕎麦
■天ぷら盛り合わせ
割子とは朱色の丸い器のこと。ここに風味の強い出雲のお蕎麦をいれて、汁を直接かけていただくのが出雲蕎麦とのことです。こちらは5色の具材として卵、天ぷら、とろろ、おぼろ豆腐、ナメコがのっています。
蕎麦は風味とコシがかなり特徴的です。太めの麺で風味が強く、心地良い喉越しを楽しめます。
汁は少し濃いめで出汁が適度に効いていて、蕎麦とよく合います。蕎麦の量に比して、汁の量は少なめでした。
5つの具材も味の変化を楽しめました。美味しかったです。
