休日を利用して妻と２人雲南にある奥出雲葡萄園まで行ってきました。
レストランに行くと、予約も何もしていなかったので40分ほどの待ちだと言われて待つことにしました。
携帯電話の番号を告げると座れそうになったら電話をもらえるということで、その間にお土産ショップや飼われているロバ、併設のパン屋さんなどを覗いてみることにしました。
程なく電話があり、レストランに伺うと席に案内していただけました。
タリアータランチ(2,600円)とノンアルコールスパークリングワインをお願いしました。
ノンアルコールスパークワインは葡萄の炭酸ジュースかと思ったら、スペイン産のスパークリングワインからアルコールを抜いたという本格的なスパークリングワインです。
前菜はグリーンサラダ、春キャベツのポタージュ、グリーンアスパラのムース、鰆のカルパッチョの４品。ポタージュは塩加減が絶妙で美味しく、アスパラのムースはピンクペッパーがアクセントに利いています。カルパッチョにはレモンの泡がのっていて、ほのかなレモンの風味が味を引き立てます。
メインのタリアータは奥出雲牛を使ってソースも奥出雲ワインのソースが添えられていました。木次のオールドゴーダと桜塩で味がさらにアップします。
食後のエスプレッソも苦味が美味しく最後までとても満足できるランチでした。
