最近、中華を欲することがしばしば。出雲で人気の中華屋 翠苑に。
塩ラーメンとルーロー飯をオーダー。
まず塩ラーメン。透き通ったとても綺麗なスープ。一口飲むと美味しい！とすぐ脳に伝達された。そして最後には完飲。麺はあっさりストレート麺。チャーシューもほろほろで良い感じ。
ルーロー飯は以前家で作ろうとしたものの調味料を揃えるのが大変で断念したもの。メニューのルーロー飯の文字に即決でした。五香粉の香りでしょうか、中華独特の香りがして美味しい。
欲張ってセットにしたものだからお腹がはち切れんばかりに大満足！
外観からは直接的にはイメージが結びつかない、技術が詰まった中華料理屋でした。
