2023年12月。島根の旅で朝パン調達。
出雲市佐田町の伊藤牧場にある、米粉パン専門店
『牧場のパン屋さんカウベル』さんで朝パンゲット。

今回は4種類買って帰りました♪

此方のパンですが、出雲市佐田町産の米粉を使った
米粉パンで、もっちりとした生地が良いですね。
