出雲旅行でこちら訪問。砂屋さん、荒木屋さん、田中屋さんどこも1時間程度待ちでしたが少し外れてるからか３０分程度で入店。
5枚を注文、全部違うトッピングのお皿です。
シンプルなお蕎麦のお味を楽しめて美味しかった！これだけで5枚いきたいぐらい笑
卵は薄まるので気持ちつゆ多目がよさそう。
あと蕎麦湯がポタージュか？ってぐらい濃くておかわりしました！
美味しくてお腹もいっぱい！
