店長自ら、毎朝市場に魚を仕入れに行きます。こだわりのシャリは奥出雲産のお米、魚は近海のネタがほとんどです。 |
平日の開店直後に伺いました。店主さんの元気なお声かけが嬉しかったです。
カウンターに座って、奥さまでしょうか紙に注文を書いてくださいねとアナウンス。
今日のおすすめを見ながら書き込みます。
注文したものは、赤貝ひも軍艦、いわし、あじ、ノドグロ、ひらまさ、ふぐ、活つぶ貝、隠岐島産岩牡蠣、玉子、ゲソ、カナ、焼き穴子、しじみ汁、モサエビです。
岩牡蠣が800円くらいだったので総額3000円くらいでしたが他のお寿司はお手頃価格プラス新鮮、そしてとても美味しくいただけたのでかなり満足できました！
みなさんの口コミを見ていて店主とお話をされているとお見かけしました。私自身が内気なものですが店主さんとも少しはお話が出来て嬉しく思いました。次回はもっとお話しをして、いろんな美味しいお寿司を頂きたいと思います。
