昨年の晩秋、出雲大社詣での帰りに口コミにつられ行きました。
ウソじゃない。
噂は本当でした。
廻ってない回転寿司屋。
ただし気の利いた断りが「時間帯によってはオーダー制」と。
お昼をかなり過ぎた頃だったので、貸切でした。
噂の個性的な大将（思っていたより若い）にちょっと緊張しながら、新鮮を売りにする店でしか頼まない青物、旬の秋刀魚を注文。
ウソじゃない。美味しい。
これならばと、鯵・鯖・鰯の青物シリーズ。青物苦手の家族も問題なく完食です。
ここのところハマっているノドグロ。少し前に、別の場所で食べたのが何だったんだろうと思う美味しさ。
新鮮で臭みがないので塩で食べれる白焼きの穴子。
アナゴのあら（頭入り）の赤だしはちょっとディープでしたがイケます。
名物でもないのに珍しいから置いているという馬刺し寿司など、期待を裏切らない創作寿司も楽しめます。
質の高いＢ級グルメに出会いました。
話の種ではなく、わざわざ、美味しいものを食べにいけるお店です。
