出雲からの帰りに昼飯に寄ってみた。
向かいのラーメン屋やうどん屋と共に以前から気にはなってるものの・・・
どーしても鮮魚系は後回し(笑)
お昼少し過ぎたあたりに入店。
先客多数。
カウンターが半分埋まってます。
板場の目の前に着席。
サインにもある通りレーンは廻ってませんｗ
メニュー見て大将に注文するシステム。
味噌汁等はホールのおねーさんに注文しましょう。
家族総出でやってる感じのお店です・・・がんばれ！
