出張での移動中。
そろそろ昼ご飯が食べたいと思っていると「うなぎ 鈴屋」の道路看板を発見。
2車線道路から細い道へ入るも何もなくまた2車線道路へ。
一旦引き返してみると道路から少し奥にお店がありました。
お座敷の席に通されます。
恐らく先客1組。
メニューを見ると「うな重5500円」
突然思い立って入ったお店としては、予算オーバーな感じなので「うな丼4730円」を注文。
待っている間にお店の情報をネットで見ていると、だいぶ待つらしい。
1時間ほど待つようなことも書いてあり、仕事の移動中なので、それもキツイ…
でも、注文してしまったので、しょうがないと思い待っていると20分ほどで運ばれてきました。
表面は程よい焦げ目で、少しパリッとしながら、身がプリッとしていて、恐らくこれが天然うなぎの食感。
上品なうなぎの香りが鼻に抜けていきます。
小骨があっても気にならず、ひっかるようなこともありません。
うな丼とはいえ、うなぎの量は十分で、お腹いっぱいになりました。
最初は高いと思いましたが、天然うなぎで、肝吸いも付いているので、妥当な金額かも知れません。
