知人の勧めで訪問。平日の夜利用。
駐車場は店の前に数台分。店内は狭く、カウンター数席と、座敷席が2席。大将1人で握っているようなので、これぐらいが丁度いい規模感です。
席に着いてどうしようか考えていると、おかみさんが、「特上握っときましょうね。トロ入るし」との誘導。特上という響きに若干ビビるも、まあ滅多にこない島根だし、と腹を括ります。
お寿司は合計10カン＋カッパ巻2つ。
穴子でなく、鰻が出てくるのが島根らしくていいですね。ネタ、シャリはやや大きめ。もう少し小さい方が好みかな？どのネタも美味しかったです。一通り終わったので、単品と赤だしを追加。いやー、出張なのに贅沢してしまった、という罪悪感を感じながらお会計をすると、驚愕の2600円！安い、安すぎる！
島根が大好きになった夜でした。
