娘の引っ越しの際に、出雲の知人から「島根の美味しいお寿司を食べて
もらいたくて」と差し入れしていただいたお寿司屋さんです。
現在はテイクアウトのみの取り扱いで、握りずしは2850円（十貫）一択となります。
サーモン、卵、イクラ、海老、鯛、大トロ、白身（なんの魚でしょう。島根なので
勝手にのどぐろと決めつけていましたが不明です）、穴子、ぶりなどの内容でした。
サーモン、大トロなどは脂がのっていて、とろける美味しさでした。卵の甘さも控えめ
でシャリによく合っており好みの味でした。のどぐろと勝手にきめつけた白身も
サーモン、大トロに負けない脂のり。大トロまで脂っこさが強くないですが、柔らかに
舌の味でとけていくようです。握りのなかでは個人的にNo.1でした。
でも実は看板商品は太巻きです。引っ越し時に差し入れいただいた時は
太巻きと握りをいずれも美味しかったです。ぜひ、太巻きも味わってください。
