冷やしカツ丼というのがメニューにありました。
珍しいので頼んでみましょう。
揚げたてのトンカツにキュウリ・トマト・大根おろしを散らして、冷たいだし汁をかけてありますね。だし汁は氷入りですのでキンキンに冷えております。
さくさく感を残したトンカツの揚げ方はプロのもの。
美味しいですね。
梅肉や山葵で味変しながらも楽しみました。
