夏には食べやすい冷やしカツどん
十数年ぶりに冷やしカツどんを頂きます。出汁に小葱がたっぷりと、大根おろしも入っていて、さっぱりと食べやすかったです。ご飯は出汁でさらさらっと入ったので食欲のないこの時期でも食べやすいです。夏だけの定番料理なので、夏は一回食べたいですね。

この間は冷やしカツを食べたので、今日はヒレ単品と明太子卵焼き。卵焼きの上にマヨネーズ乗ってて、明太子たっぷりだった。
ヒレカツはさっぱりしていて、昔は無料のソースだったけど、今は有料になった特製おろしソースを注文。
大根おろしか入ってるから、さっぱり食べやすく、やっぱりおいしい(๑´ڡ`๑)
