出雲空港に向かう途中に出雲市で人気の町中華きんぐさんで定番の焼きそばを食べたくて伺いました。4組程待たれていて30分待って入店できました。予定通り焼きそばを注文しました。パリパリに焼かれた麺にあっさり塩味の味付けがされています。テーブルに置いてあるソースをかけて味変していただくスタイルですがソースが麺によく合いクセなる美味しさでした。ハイボールにも良く合いました。今回の島根遠征最後のお店になりましたが最後まで美味しい料理を満喫することができました。ご馳走さまでした♪
